About the Holding (Invitation for the Public Participation) of “APEC Junior Forum”
As a preliminary event for “2010 Japan APEC Energy Ministerial Meeting” to be held in Fukui in June, “APEC Junior Forum”, where Fukui’s junior high school students, future supporters of Fukui, will put together their suggestions to the meeting, as well as making presentations of their study report through classes dealing with APEC economy members and international exchanges with foreign exchange students from those areas, will be held as follows.
We would like those concerned to inform many Fukui citizens of the forum and promote them to participate in it.

■Greeting
■Presentation of preliminary learning by participant schools (100 minutes)
【Content】Representative students of each school make presentations of results of their preliminary learning with wide screen.
■APEC energy report (10 minutes)
Science journalist, Tojima Wako
【Content】Introduction of energy circumstances of APEC regions in a quiz style
■Exchange of opinions / summery of suggestions (30 minutes)
【Content】With Tojima as a coordinator, the representative students exchange their opinions and summarize suggestions to the ministerial meeting.
