About Fukui Tour Guide by Public Transportation; “Fukui Connoisseur”
We would like to announce that as part of hospitality service for tourists to Fukui, we have produced a Fukui tour guide by public transportation; “Fukui Connoisseur”.
Objective
To improve and facilitate convenience of tourists, mainly middle- and senior adults and families who use public transportation, by introducing places to have lunch and to buy souvenirs.
Contents
*Introduction of model courses
(Echizen history road course, Fukui sea coastline course, and other 8 ones)
*Introduction of lunch place and souvenirs in each course
*Introduction of tourist spots around each course
*Time tables according to public transportations
(Departures and arrivals at JR Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya, Echizen Railway, Fukui Railway, Keifuku Bus, and others)
*JR timetables is made as of March 13th 2010.

*Each model course has time tables and estimated transportation costs.
*Introduction of lunch places in each course makes it easier for tourists to enjoy their time.
*Tourist spots around each course make the contents more satisfying.
