Let’s Be a Sea Creature Doctor! – Wonder of Seaweeds –
This lecture will unveil the wonder of seaweeds, which are often used as foodstuff. We will also have participants taste them and try to make artificial salmon caviar from seaweeds.

In accordance with this event, during February 20th (Sat) to 28th (Sun), “Pressed Seaweed Art Works Exhibition” is held. The learge-scale works by Noda Michiyo from Pressed Seaweed Art Association and her students and those of her students will be displayed.
